    The Challenge

    Ulster University has four campuses across Northern Ireland – Belfast, Coleraine, Jordanstown and Magee. All of which have their own distinctive atmosphere but maintain Ulster’s unique character providing a world class experience to all of the students approximately 27,000 in total.In order to support all of their students in addition to attracting new potential ones, they needed vast quantities of collateral produced, stored, managed and shipped to hundreds of locations around the world. However, with limited storage and customs issues often resulting in parcels being delayed they found the whole process increasingly difficult to manage.

    Working with Inline very quickly helped to ease the pressure and increase efficiency across all of the problem areas. The Inline team were able to remove the logistical strain on the office admin team which in turn enabled them to concentrate on the important things and progress with projects that needed their time and attention. In addition, whereas previously they were managing multiple invoices from various suppliers and couriers, Inline’s one stop shop removed all of that unnecessary stress and additional paperwork too.
